Top 25 Most Anticipated Films of 2015

25. Tommorowland - Brad Bird is a plus, Damen Lindeloff a major negative.

24. Kingsman: The Secret Service - Looks fun, potentially too cool for school though.

23. The Martian - Ridley Scott is way past his prime, but the book is supposed to be sweet and cast is pretty impressive.

22. Jurassic World - trailer was kinda lame, I really liked this director's first film though (Safety Not Guaranteed) and dinosaurs are exciting.

21. The Revenant - Innaritu, Tom Hardy, Leo DiCaprio, and revenge fueled storyline.

20. Jupiter Ascending - The Wachowski sci-fi combo has worked out pretty well thus far.

19. Child 44 - Book was cool, Tom Hardy is always good.

18. Ant-Man - Losing Edgar Wright is a massive dissapointment, but replacement directors is OK, and marvel's a pretty reliable machine.

17. Ex Machina - Alex Garland has cranked out loads of sweet scripts, hopefully his directing skills are up to the task, and robots look cool.

16. Trainwreck - Judd Apatow and Amy Schumer, she's coming into her comedy prime and Apatow's got veteran skills.

15. Fantastic Four - Director's first super heroish film was solid, I like the casting, hopefully Fox doesn't interfere too much.

14. The Good Dinosaur - This has had a lot of issues through production, but Pixar has almost never made a crap film (Except all the Cars ones).

13. The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 - Part 1 was surprisingly good, same team running things here.

12. Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials - I really dug first one, cool idea, kept it pretty action packed, hoepfully they can keep the good times coming.

11. That's What I'm Talking About - Linklater is on a hot streak, and this is a supposed sequel (possibly only in spirit) to Dazed and Confused

10. Mission: Impossible 5 - The Cruise/McQuarrie combo has been cranking out action classics so far.

9. Silence - Any Scorcese film is a reason to celebrate, but the subject matter doesn't sound like it's up my alley - Old school priests kickin it in Japan, spreading the word of jesus, getting no love.

8. Bond 24: Spectre - New bond is always exciting, director has been pretty reliable, and he's English.

7. Chappie - District 9 is one of my favorite films of last few years, hopefully Blomkamp can get his magic touch back on track.

6. Inside Out - This looks like A game Pixar.

5. Crimson Peak - Guillermo Del Toro letting loose in horror genre, it's always worked out in the past.

4. Avengers: Age of Ultron - top 4 would could be #1 in any other year. All the trailers for this look badass and uber nerd Whedon is running things.

3. The Hateful Eight - New Tarantino is always a major event.

2. Mad Max: Fury Road - Was in the top spot for the last 2 years, looks like it's finally getting released this summer, trailer is everything I could've hoped and/or dreamed for.

1. Star Wars: The Force Awakens - You're kidding yourself if you're a nerd and anything else is in the top spot.
